I am not a white wine drinker at all, but I will tell you that this might convince me otherwise. It is smooth, silky with gorgeous florals & citrus notes. Heidi Barrett has found perfection in balancing this wine (as usual). I can't wait to pair it with my fish and couscous tonight.
