Lovely nose, super complex nose, intense, so much complexity and minerality, airy and so so mountain like, 48 months aging, complex and so dense, sappy and structured, very refined and very elegant and super complex, so so so long. Fine fine bubbles , vinous with food. Brilliant. Stunning. Genius.

Feb 9th, 2019Gorgeous, herbal, mineral, yeasty, floral, gorgeous, palate is ripe and juicy, so elegant and wonderful mousse. Precise and elegant, round and wonderful mouthfeel. Sappy and dense. This really has it all.

Mountain top on the nose. Fresh herbs and grasses smelled through a brisk breeze.
Palate has some lovely fruit. Green apple. Green apple skin. Mineral.
Richly yeasted finish.
