Madiran Tannat

Laplace Madiran 100% tannat, 2022 vintage. High tannins, med+ body, med+ acidity. Tannins are really grippy, med grain. Bright, red fruits, hint of rubber on the back of the palate. not really much notable otherwise beyond the tannins. Was the most full bodied thing at Sauced. It's passable.

Costco. Surprise $8 wine.

Fantastic for under $20.

Tasted in a wine class, it was a keeper!
