Clean, supple with white flowers on the nose and white peach, nectarines on the palate. Not pretentious summer rose, I.e. lakeside rosée

Continues to be a gorgeous, lush, delicious Provençal Rosé. Delicate pink florals and strawberry nose. Dry, crisp quaffable palate with red currants, sour cherry and a hint of marmalade. Paired with bbq chicken thighs, grilled asparagus with lemon and strawberry arugula salad.

Very similar to the 2015 vintage with delicate floral nose, hints of spring flowers and limestone that transition beautifully into flavours of strawberry and sour cherry. Well balanced, with medium acidity and a long finish. Paired with pan fried scallops on a bed of red cabbage, leek and chorizo.

A delicate wine in a pale pink color with hints of grey. Very light, floral spring nose with a well balanced palate characterized with strawberry, sour cherry and celery. Pairs well with fish and needs to be quaffed at 8° C.
