Continues to be a gorgeous, lush, delicious Provençal Rosé. Delicate pink florals and strawberry nose. Dry, crisp quaffable palate with red currants, sour cherry and a hint of marmalade. Paired with bbq chicken thighs, grilled asparagus with lemon and strawberry arugula salad.

Well balanced, with medium acidity and a long finish. Paired with pan fried scallops on a bed of red cabbage, leek and chorizo.
