Drank 3/20/21.

Bouquet shows earth, tar, and a bit of black cherry. Flavors of sour red cherry, tomato leaf, leather, and earth. Dry, with medium plus tannin, and a medium finish. Nothing sensational, but a good, dry food wine, that's reminiscent of something you'd find in a Tuscan Trattoria.
