Lemon, lime, grapefruit, green pea, sea breeze. Lots of searing acidity on that palate with a touch of herbaceous quality and minerality.

Not as over the top as some NZ sauv blanc. If I tasted this blind I would probably go to Sancerre first. Good stuff.
