Tasted with Lawrence Fairchild today. Incredible experience. Thank you Mr. Fairchild. Except for this one all other wines were 2016 vintage. This wine definitely showed its blue and black fruit. It was approachable today but will age effortlessly for years to come.

Oct 14th, 2018Amazing wine. We decanted 3 hours before serving and thank goodness because it finally started to open up in the glass. This wine is filled with blueberry liqueur along with blackberry and a touch of red fruit. Possibly raspberry. The tannin and acid are in harmony but I suspect that is only due to the extended decant. This wine will be fantastic for many years to come. Makes me want to try some other Pritchard hill wines....

Full of tobacco, spice, and everything nice. Just like all the Fairchild wines are... Complex and delicious.
