Wakes up quickly with air. Initial notes and 91 pt score after 15m in a Burgundy glass. Damp earth, high toned red fruits. Acid lifts the palette of an otherwise “sweet” and candied style. A bit simple overall. Following an hour open this gained at least a couple points. The complexity and finish gained significant depth. I wish I could compare this to Evening Land’s version of this Pinot.
