This 2013 starts out light and bright, filled with cherries and berries. The longer it's open the deeper, darker, and more delicious it gets. Long, lingering finish with subtle acids that follow along step for step. Would love to see it in five years. Still a big baby. 13.7% abv.

Muted nose but raspberry and blue fruit hints. Intense red fruit flavors with lots of spice. Some heat on finish (13.9) but a bit of brute so it's part of the total package.

Structured and layered red/blue/black fruit. Oak is noticeable, but not obnoxious. Worth the price? Maybe, but it is ridiculously good.
