smells like sweet buttered biscuit, yeast, golden delicious apple, faint chive, lemon... palate gives candied lemon, lemongrass, straw, ripe pear and peach. rich and creamy with an excellent butteriness and good acid to balance it out.

Tropical fruit, pear and a bit of toasted oak. Nice acidity. A year or two will do this wonders.
