Color: Strawberry blonde like a light pink lemonade.

Aroma: very light like a French rose from the south. Light strawberry and red berry aroma.

Taste: For how "dark" of a rose it is the taste is very light ans crisp. There's some strawberry and red Berry notes. Light acidity to cut through any sweetness with a clean crisp mineral water finish.

Reminds me of summers in the South of France. Very light with some fruitiness, very easy drinking. However there's some acid and minerality that would makenot great with food, even creamy dishes.
