Dark inky in color with a purplish rim.
Vegetables On the nose with cherries, blackberries, bell pepper, licorice, metals, wood and black pepper.
Full-bodied and bold with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, cherries, strawberries, currants, oak, vanilla, licorice, green olives, ginger and peppercorn.
Tart finish, with bitter tannins and black pepper.
A nice South African Cabernet. Still young, yet drinkable, at a good price.
