Albee Hill Still & Dry Cider

Very very Dry!

Eight varieties blended. Light golden brown. No carbonation. Perfumed apple aromas. Heavy malic and McIntosh flavor profile, apricot skin too, watery with subtone of apple flavors. Light to moderate acid, fairly dry. "Taut tannins" were light, "austere flavors", definitely. 6.9% a/v, RS 0.8%

First of three bottles and styles. Not bad, just not that interesting either.

Crisp and dry this is a still cider. Wine like in texture. Delicate flavors of the apples.. Unusual but very enjoyable.

Very clean, dry, and good. Described as the twisting of cider and agree.

2015.

Not sugary at all. You're not drinking Woodchuck. Surprisingly crisp and lovely.

Just delicious.
