Young, but delicious! Opened up a lot after 45 mins.... Bright fruit and acidity... Loved the ‘16, this one’s a fav too!

A little tight when we first opened it, but it softened after a while. Also a tickle of carbonation from the carbonic maceration. High acid, cranberry like fruit. Closer to Cru Beaujolais than Nouveaus.
