Picked this bottle up when we visited Evening Land last summer. Kind of a relic now since EL doesn’t even make wine in France anymore. It’s too bad, though because this is delicious. Bright and crisp with a lingering creaminess. Definitely more elegant and restrained.

Full bodied and bright at the same time...somehow :) Really delightful and a great compliment to the cheese plate.

A beautiful Bourgogne blanc, with a perfect balance of acidity and vanilla oak nuances. The minerality really shines through on the finish.
