This was outstanding for an entry level rhone. Even Bakke’s basic bottling, but singing beautifully at 12yo. In barrel for 6years!! Rich, deep, black and blue fruit but clean and delineated. Again the salt character from the terroir. Beat p/q you will find anywhere. At cellar door at Clos du Trias.

CDR blend. Dark ruby color still lively, evolved nose with a marked floral bouquet; also black fruits, olive, tapenade, thyme... Fleshy and juicy character, flexible density. Alcohol is rather wisely lotied and does not encroach on the rest. Very nice well aged cuvée. In place for a few more years.
Assemblage type CDR. Robe rubis sombre encore vive, nez évolué au bouquet floral marqué; également fruits noirs, olive, tapenade, thym… Caractère charnu et juteux, de la densité tout en souplesse. L’alcool est plutôt sagement loti et n’empiète pas sur le reste. Très belle cuvée bien vieilli. En place pour encore qqs années.
