Etude
Yamhela Vineyard Pinot Noir
Yamhill-Carlton, Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA
Oh sooo good. I use 3/4 of the bottle in our rabbit stew recipe and the rest we drank. Didn’t disappoint; light enough that it didn’t overpower yet full of flavor.

Aug 27th, 2024Never disappoints. Feels light but opens up to an amazing full finish. Love this vineyard and this particular pinot.

Bursting with raspberry, tea, and cinnamon flavors with elements of crushed gravel. Medium-bodied; elegant, mouth filling finish. Fantastic wine, and in a sweet spot right now. Not one to hold for too long. And doing a nice job helping to dull the pain of America’s Team getting the crap kicked out of them by the Bills.
