Funk, yeasty, tart aroma. The palate is dry and a little tart, although the not as tart as I expected. Taste like blue cheese, smoke and wet stones. I'm in love.

Big, deep, yeasty apple aromas with subtitle smoky notes. Dry and crisp on the palate with very gentile bubbles. Rich and slightly bitter with dry Apple flavors, lots of brioche and just a hint of smoke. Has the feel of a great, yeasty beer.
