Funk, yeasty, tart aroma. The palate is dry and a little tart, although the not as tart as I expected. Taste like blue cheese, smoke and wet stones. I'm in love.

Much more bitter and tannic than the usual line, but still full of yeasty complexity and hides its alcohol well. (Beware!)
