On the palate flavors of plum and blackberry with notes of black pepper. Fine soft tannins, ok balance with acidity, long finish ending with fruit and mineral notes.

The wine has peaked. Dusty Blackberry fruit and coffee grind undertones with the hint of hoisin sauce. Slight tannins I’m the back. Drink them now.
