Nose has pepper and that wonderful plummy granache character. On tongue first impression is strong with bitey alcohol, pepper and bitter tannins. Gradually broadens to include cherry overtones which fade into a long tannin/alcohol linger. Perhaps a bit young atm? Would like to see this blossom out into more complex fruit. Very high alcohol content (15.5%) may mean the bite is here to stay.

Nose of warm blackberries, black pepper. Spicy, a little dry & well balanced. Really enjoyed this wine. Would pair well with lamb and rosemary.
