Nose: a little funky. Nuts, hard sheep cheese. Vanilla cake. No citrus.

Taste: nice texture. Fruiter than expected - a little passionfruit and pineapple, finishes with raw almonds. 88.

I really enjoyed this no vintage brut half bottle as a pair with a rich appetizer such as paté.
Tasting firm early season peaches.
