Blanc de Morgex et de la Salle Prié Blanc

This bottle a little more crisp with less layers. Still a great starter white.

Super fun. Lemons, limes, dry slate. Mouthwatering.

Pineapples and stony acidity. Quite viscous and needed air to come together, but then very nice.

Such a wild and unique wine

Bright and fresh. Zingy citrus and chalkish flavor

Lime, apple blossom, stony minerality, searing acidity.

Always a reliable choice. Great with pasta in bianco with parmigiano.

Bear claw (Aran's call!) in a glass with fried little fishes. What does that mean?? It smells like sweet bread with cake frosting and almonds with notes of briny fried fish skin. That may not sound good to some, but it's fucking worthy bubbly made from Prie Blanc.

Stony, lemony, savory. Good grip to the texture.

Subdued and restrained but a beautiful wine!
