This was an odd pickup, but glad I have some. Deep purple and lots of black fruit on the nose. Lots going on on the palete...mid to high acidity with a good helping of gritty tannins. Insanely long finish. We’re going to let the other 3 bottles sit for a few years, but damn good. Not sure I would pay the 140 at the winery for this, but at 40 this is a steal.
