[Vinous — This is the 2000 Eric Texier Hermitage Blanc] Classic aged Hermitage Blanc, oily, viscous, slight nutty note, super complex, very long, lingering finish, absolutely great Hermitage Blanc, alas my one and only bottle, complemented the Alaskan Sea Bass I caught last month very well, kudos to my dear friend Eric Texier!!!
