Jul 9th, 2017Color: peach. Nose: clean ocean, kumquat, blood orange. Palate: rush of salinity and acidity fully coating the tongue, dried apricots, grainy natural honey (no, the wine is not grainy), slight effervescence. Finish: salinity. Good on it’s own, but works really well with food, like cod with tomato, caper, garlic, EVOO sauce.

Apr 7th, 2018Nose is a bit shy, but offers some pretty citrus note. Was expecting a lighter palate, but this has strong Meyer lemon & rich melon notes cut with a mix of tense saline & brisk acid. Excellent stuff on a warm night.
