Juicy and succulent tastes of red apple peels and light tangy raspberries. It is what a solid Pinot Noir is; not overpowering and plenty of juice to compliment a myriad of fruits. My brother brought around Chinese roasted pork and goodness did the fruit enhance the richness in the pork. It did get overpowered by the copious spice in the 3 spice chicken. Nicely done.
