Oregon Pinot Noir Rosé

Was peach pink in color. Smelled of melon and tasted sweet with strawberry flavors.

This was my favorite of the roses we had in class. I liked the blanc des noirs of the sparklings the best and now the pinot noir of the roses. I think I might like pinot noir… Still had the cursory rose notes like strawberry and citrus, but I always think that pinot noir offers more complexity and funk. It was refreshing but not to the point of being one note. Solid and reliable. Also will be coming with me to the pool. It is cool that in this class I have gotten to figure out that I like pinot noir in all its forms.

This light bodied Rosé offers notes of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon with a clean finish.
