Great before, during and after meal. 30mins decant is great. $54. Slight lactic acid flavours rounding things out.

Spectacular Pinot! Brilliant complexity, great vanilla, nutmeg, touch of cinnamon. Fruit is fresh and slightly sweet at the front of the tongue but very light and mellow. Perfect amount of tannin, excellent earth notes. Nose is floral and spicy. Overall finish is rich, almost oaky and buttery, and a little dry. May be one of the best Pinot Noirs I've ever had.
