Grand vin dégusté en fin de repas. Encore une solide fraîcheur porté par une magnifique salinité. Toujours étonnant pour les amis. Complexe, equilibre superbe, fruits secs, accord etonnant sur clafoutis aux abricots, dingue mais ça fonctionne.

Jun 5th, 2016What a wine! Chalky, slight yeasty note and creamy. Light at first with a full body. Stands up to strong flavours. We had it with hake and then a nice slab of Lincolnshire Poacher cheese
