Saline palate, bracing and brackish . Dry straw, traces of vanilla in the far background. Loquats? Slightly tropical.
Nutty.

Salty, sour. Lonnnng finish.
Great w Sable and roasted veg.

Saline swampy goodness on the palate.
Mouth filling, aftertaste of sourness way back on the tongue. Delicious! Very savory.

So brown it’s almost green. Dark color.
Funk on the nose like mossy and vegetal.
Sea grass. Herbal and medicinal. The palate entrance is almost metallic and brine, the ocean lurks. Med long finish.

Leather, old shoes, toffee on the nose
Salt, burnt sugar and barrel.
Palate is the seashore, brine, loooong finish, very umami. Perfect with sardine and tomato toasts.
