Beautiful Zin. Blackberry and Raspberries on the pallet. The nose offers a floral Bouquet. Nice medium acidity leaves the pallet itching to pair with food. Good for any season

Apr 25th, 2019Been looking forward to opening this one. Decanted and left to breathe for about 45 minutes. Deep red color, lovely black fruit nose with pepper notes, taste is an intense black fruits with some spice and a smooth finish, but it really came into its own with the blue cheese crusted center cut filet, simply divine.
