Authenticity Red Rhone Blend

Left their mailing long ago, and this 15,9 by vol blend confirms my decision. Leather and partially dried fruit, toasty oak and pruney finish. Alcohol shines they, of course, but considering, not THAT much. But the overall feeling is cloying, short and simple, even though I get their ambitions.

2010 Vintage. This held it’s own with both Saxum wines. Likely due to Justin Smith’s assistance in the winemaking.

2010 Vintage. 15.9% Alcohol. 76% Syrah, 24% Mourvèdre. Very nice.
