Quaffable. Slightly bolder forward style. Nice length in the finish. A touch of faint CO2 wasn't preferred though.

Eola Hills 2013 Pinot Gris. Very Golden in color. This is a creamy texture with a little lemon and Tangerine. I really like this Pinot Gris!

Inexpensive and tastes like it. Not as light or refreshing as some other Pinot Gris

Drinkable, fuller white. Mild stone fruit, not overly floral. Pleasant.

The acidity and freshness in this wine is complimented by a good dose of fruit. I like this.

The label talks about terroir which I think was code for weird. Very yellow, it has a pungent nose when first opened. This quickly goes away but was weird, more body and texture than many wines from this grape, but it seemed almost aged and even oxidized, not from 2013. I am undecided as to whether this wine shows wine making creativity etc, or was just bizarre. But I paid far less the the price shown here so I'm not complaining. And it did get finished off in one setting on a hot day.
