If you're looking for the embodiment of a windswept, volcanic island wine, look no further. #canaryislands

Lemon zest, stone fruit, Granny Smith apple, salinity/minerailty. Delicious and not safe around me.

Bartlett pears dipped in the Atlantic and sprinkled with volcanic ash. All I need is some fresh uni and oysters.

A crazy-fun blend of Listan Negro, Albillo Criollo, Malvasia, Gual, Marmajuelo and "others" from northern coast old vines of Tenerife. Some skin contact on a few parcels, raised partly tank and partly old barrels. Lean and Atlantic style, with a definite "matchstick" nose that (I'm told) is part of the terruño of Táganan.

Really good but I might have been expecting a tad more. The finish just left me a teensy bit cold. Compared to Suertes sel Marques Vidonia which blew me away, this didn't quite explode in the same way. No doubt it's a cracking bottle of wine though

Rökigt och lite salt. Spännande. Kanske funkar till grillat?
