Crunchy indeed. Sort of a sour grapes stemmy vibe. It’s cool and if I saw it on a wine list I would order it in a heartbeat. Especially cool for pairing with pickled peppery dishes. More bang for your buck than many Burgundy or Côte Rotie wines. #tenerife #listan #listannegro #canary

Fresh and crunchy. Needs serious decanting.

Double decanted 4-5hrs before drinking. Explosive nose of smoke, campfire, wild red fruit and some black fruit. The palate is less intense, relatively speaking, delivering a lifted, crunchy feel. Loved this.

Almost weightless, low in ABV (12%) but incredible complexity. Clearly costal and volcanic with a great sense of place. Another flat out triumph from Envinate. Enjoyable now by a candidate for aging. 5*
