Migan Chingao Canary Islands Listan Negro
My first time with this popular producer.
A reduced nose that never blew off completely but did become less prominent. Flowers and smoke fought thru the reduction. The palate was filled with balanced , ripe red fruits that offered up a surprisingly extended finish. A baby.

Harsh on the nose - almost dirty socks and burnt rubber. Acidic, pretty palate, still whiffs of odor. Good and interesting!

Dec 17th, 2024Moderate pleasing reductive nose, mineral, tastes like a cross between Blaufrankish and PN. Perfect pairing with lobster

Jan 2nd, 2024First time having a Listan Negro grape from the canary islands. To me, tastes kind of a cross between a Blaufrankisch and a CA Pinot. Light-ish, good fruit and balance. Touch of oak at the end.
