So far I really don't get the hype around these. Smells like toe cheese and cat poop. Opens up a bit more with some vague fruit notes down the line, but this is just too cheesy and acidic and weird for me.

A new Canary Island bottling from Envinate. Delicious. Red fruit, tons of spice, a little smock, bracing acidity. One of the best Envinate that I have had.
