Dried cherry, mushroom, leather, balsamic & floral notes, great acidity. Still fresh & vibrant. The reason for trying this wine was that the Krause family bought this winery for 6 mil euros and then bought the Vietti winery and will incorporate some of the Serafino Vineyards into the Vietti wines in the near future.
