Super Tuscan worthy of the name...a blend centered in the Sangeovesi genre'...this is a full-flavored, big, balanced, dry and tasty wine, a fine rendition of the berry. Big dry dry dry and notably bold on the palate with a dark purple color, aromatic berry-plum nose, this vino is a softly powerful and refined. Evident tannins yet balanced astringency and finish...very likely great with red meats and pasta with marinara.

Dark plum and blackberry fruit. Lots of licorice notes! Hints of cola. Good acidity and brightness.

Delicious-part of the "Super Tuscan" wine flight. Perfect.

Nice Super Tuscan with mostly licorice notes but also with dark fruit, plum, brambles, and firm tannins.
