Dec 21st, 2016Juicy, bright and deep. Gorgeously complex palate. Apricot, spices like ginger and pepper, wet slate, moss, dash of lime zest. Very soft, unctuous, lovely concentration. Fantastic dry Riesling. Right in front of its prime drinking window. Guess we're drinking the best dry Rieslings too young..!
