California White Blend

Solid, consistent, enjoyable Summer wine.

Nice, fun, everyday wine. Blend with notes of melon and citrus on the forefront.

Might mistake this for a mild Sauvignon Blanc. Lots of apple, but has that melon taste right at the start and then the citrus attacks at the mid-palate. Good for the price. Not built for the long term and that’s very okay. Acid medium at best. Great while grilling burgers and bacon tonight. Paired with a little Van Morrison will bring any wine up a few points!

Floral, viscous, pear, nice Summer white.

Really steady and solid. They did a good job with this one for the masses.

It’s like someone mixed Sauv Blanc with Chardonnay and Chenin. Nice acidity. Comes across as a Sauv Blanc at the start. Nuanced but approachable from many angles. Good for someone looking to check several boxes and make a roomful happy.

Lemon yellow slightly with green. Peach and pineapple from Albaniro, passion from SB. quite fruity. Chalk mineral. White flower from Viognier. Creamy from CD. Quince and bitterness from Chenin Blanc. A very nice white Rhone blend.

Prob the best of the empathy lot, which surprised me. Good bright almost citrusy fruit, viscous, some honey but not cloying.

Pear, light butter, popcorn, citrus, green apple.
