Gorgeous nose of smoky fruit and olives. Palate has an oily ripeness with olives, herbs, spice and dark fruit. Juicy and easy with great concentration and good length. A playful style but distinctly northern Rhone Syrah.

A little coiled but this is one hefty Crozes. Tapenade, violet, bramble, and animal/manure notes dominate the nose. Palate is thick, penetrating with notes of olive, black fruit, and violet flavor. A crazy wine that needs air or 5+ to come together but super agreeable with a rich meal
