Nahe Dry Riesling
I know it's November, but It's still hot around here and a Riesling might do the trick.
Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.
Strong fruity nose with lemons, melons, light peaches, light tropical fruits, bananas and minerals.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, lemons, minerals, light vegetables and bitter almonds.
Medium finish with tangy limes.
This is an above-average, dry Riesling from Rheinhessen, Germany. Not fully balanced, but crisp and refreshing.
Good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with Asian or spicy food.
11.5 % alcohol by volume.
85 points.
$5.

While I have had better German Rieslings, it’ll do the trick. Easy to drink but leaves you wanting a bit more. My wife did not agree and did not like at all.
