Loving this tonight. Almost Trousseau like. Evolving in the glass from lots of acid, to bright fruit, to now darker berries. It’s spicy bite is also subduing a bit. Probably better served with a slight chill on it.

Vino claro, intensidad pálida, color púrpura. Nariz limpia, intensidad media, primaria y terciario, joven aromas fruta roja, rosa, pimienta negra. Boca seco, acidez media, tanino medio, alcohol bajo, poco cuerpo, intensidad media +, sabores primarios, final medio +. Muy buena calidad, se puede beber ahora y tiene potencial.

En Magnum. Intense energy mineral core. This could use as much time as you want to give it, definitely this bottle was not ready even though it was still very enjoyable. Has a lightness and delicate quality that make it want to be graceful but it’s going to take some time for this to really show what it’s got. Drank over 3 days, not hard as nails but definitely tough compared to the potential here.
