caramelized fruit, prunes, dark chocolate, orange. unctuous, madeira-like. too chocolatey for my liking but interesting and would be cool in cocktails.

Excellent appertivo with a slice of orange over ice. Spritzed the rim with orange peel oil too and that really brought out the deeper citrus notes.

Been trying to find Spanish Vermouth in Canada for a while and finally released at the LCBO. Little sweeter than I would have loved but was really nice over ice with lemon peel.
