"I don't often drink sherry, but when I do..." This is pretty classic; caramel, flor mold, candied almond, but dry. And so strong; its an acquired taste for the modern palate. But, I like it..tarry, too. Costs the front-top of palate. Good stuff.

Actually oloroso viejo. Expected sweet; instead got a trunk full of wood, dusty must, nuts, and warm brown sticky caramel. Old and serious, but cool. Bring it a cigar and smoking jacket!
