Dry on the palate with light cherries, lemons, grapefruits, green apples, sea salt, herbs and white pepper.
Short tangy finish with almonds and limes.
A simple Rosé from Chile.
Drinking nicely now, and it won't last long, so drink it while fresh.
Good to drink by the pool. I served it at the beginning of a party, and dropped a blackberry in the glass, just for the presentation.
