Too ripe, already oxidized and just not for me. 2017 and already one foot in the grave. Also too expensive. Just because it’s #Grandcru #alsace doesn’t make it taste #premium I actually am sort of steering clear of Grand Cru Alsace and Grand Cru Chablis which, due to climate change or due to winemakers searching for ”more expression” are overripe and have lost their Mojo in my opinion.
