I'm almost a year out from my last taste of this wine. This really sang tonight with some air and with lamb steaks. The nose has dried wild flowers, pomegranate, tapenade, white pepper, and a waxy mineral note. Sleek tannins carry savory herbs, pomegranate, black currants, and orange peel.
